Sponsorship Provides Marketing Opportunities

The Southeast Chapter of the Texas Section of the American Water Works Association (SE TAWWA) is seeking your support through our sponsorship program. Our organization is committed to the growth and development of water industry professionals in the 22 county area that makes up our chapter. While most of our members are from Harris, Fort Bend and Galveston counties, we are strongly encouraging member involvement from surrounding counties as well.

Sponsorship is a great way to promote your company to the southeast region of Texas and the 600-plus members in the local chapter. The funds generated through our Chapter support the following functions:

Donations and fundraising activities to Water For People
Organization of seminars and technical sessions with distinguished keynote speakers and industry leaders
College scholarships
Cash prizes for science fair awards and other water-awareness projects in our community
Annual Chapter 'Student Paper Contest' awards. Learn more about 2010 Contest and its three winners on the YP Webpage
Chapter expenses necessary to maintain our organization

There are a variety of ways to be a contributing sponsor to our chapter as listed below.

$250 Bi-Monthly Luncheon Sponsor – One or more sponsors may participate in sponsoring a luncheon meeting. Each sponsor will be acknowledged during the meeting and their business logo will be displayed at the function. In addition, references to the event will be made on the SE Chapter’s website, in the e-newsletter (eBlast), and on the SE TAWWA’s website with a link to the sponsor’s website.
Gold, Silver, and Bronze Level Sponsors for a Seminar or Dinner Event – Generally, our Gold, Silver, and Bronze fees are $1000, $500, and $250, respectively; however, these fee’s are determined prior to each Dinner or Seminar Event. Sponsors will be announced during the meeting and their business logo will be displayed at the function. In addition, references to the event will be made on the SE Chapter’s website, in the e-newsletter (eBlast), and on the SE TAWWA’s website with a link to the sponsor’s website.
$250 Website Sponsor – Your company’s business logo will appear on our website. Our website will also provide a link to your corporate website. Website advertisement will be activated for approximately one calendar year from the date the check is received.
